Mr.Sudheendra who is the principle engineer of M/s.Build High has so far done 4 residential homes in our family. These homes weren’t done yesterday, it’s over a period of a decade, even today we cherish the quality of his construction that stands apart from other buildings in those neighbourhoods. His ideas are fresh to the present trend and always puts your interest ahead of anything. He has a terrific team who follows his instructions religiously and aims for before time delivery. My sincere appreciation to the Build High Team for constructing my house with the constraints they had There is a proverb in kannada which says : Manne Katti Nodu and Madhuve Madi Nodu... In my experience the Manne Katti Nodu (Build House) did not provide any kind of tough experience. I was living with my family at HSR Layout and we wanted to build the duplex house on top of my existing portion. My conversation with Sudhindra was that I move into a new house and provide the vacant house on the ground floor for easy access. However, we did not find a good house. Sudhindra assured me that he will take all precautions and steps to ensure that we are least disturbed during the construction. Believe me, his entire team was an extended family during the construction phase. He took 100% of the responsibility to build the house and when I walk the path back we truly reflect on a great life time experience for having met such a wonderful person. Any one acknowledges our house with positive feedback. I politely transfer the credit to Build High Sudhindra.
This note is being written as a customer of Build High who have built my premises at HSR Layout. Mr.Sudheendra is the main person behind this venture. I found him to be a trustworthy person and he completed the building in time inspite of Covid issues causing labour and other problems. He may not speak the language of the elite but surely gets the work done to your satisfaction. The quality of work done by him is commendable and he gives sound advice based on the budget of the person. I found the team to be sincere and hard working and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy the customers. Even after completion of building, his team is willing to support maintenance issues without any delay. I would recommend his team and hope and pray that his team would be able to give good services to all customers in the future.
